It looks like the Duchesses Cambridge and Sussex have been shown up by a five-year-old in knee-length shorts.

Yes, that’s right. The fashion and society publication, Tatler, has named little Prince George as one of the U.K.’s most stylish individuals, alongside his mum, Kate Middleton, and the Queen.

Meghan Markle has also made the list, with Tatler praising the new Duchess for how she “blew us away with her Givenchy wedding dress” on her big day and has”redefined modern royal style with every subsequent appearance.”

But having the former actress make the list comes as no surprise — love them or hate them, her fashion choices have been on the tips of everyone’s tongue since she first announced her engagement to Prince Harry.

It’s the selection of Prince George I find infinitely more entertaining.

According to Tatler, Prince George — I love this part — “flies the flag for Christopher Robin chic” with his go-to wardrobe of shorts, long socks and sleeveless jumpers. (Take that, Gary Janetti!)

Granted, George’s fashion highlights are due, in large part, to Kate — but still. It’s not every day you see a tot of five make a Best Dressed list on either side of the pond.

The Tatler list is a true (royal) family affair, too, with our stylish Queen deemed as “the ultimate power dresser” (naturally!) with a fondness for “bright bold colours” and floral prints.

But going forward, it’s all about George — the fashion world’s latest budding icon.
