Glenn Croxall, Electrician – Construction and Maintenance
Just two years ago, Glenn started his residential and commercial electrical services company, KBL Electric, and already he has a reputation of excellence. Based in Oakville, he works in the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, and the Niagara area. Glenn is also a subcontractor for Enercare, The Home Depot, and Lowe’s.
A self-proclaimed people-pleaser, Glenn is highly motivated to provide superior customer service. “I just want people to be happy. I honestly have trouble sleeping at night if someone’s not happy with my services. So I’ll go the extra distance.” His customers know that they can trust him and that he’ll do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Glenn wanted to be an electrician when he was in high school, but he was expected to get a university degree. After studying civil engineering and working in the foodservice and hospitality industry, he returned to his passion at the age of 30. He took a pre-apprenticeship course, went to trade school, and worked for a company that taught him to do the quotes, invoices, and ordering along with the electrical work. “It really trained me to be my own boss.” Although it wasn’t easy when he was embarking on his electrical career, he says, “If I hadn’t gone that way, then I wouldn’t have everything I have right now.”
