As we age, it is important to keep in mind that along with many things our bra size will change, too. It is time to ditch those push-ups from 10 years ago and re-evaluate what you’re using to hold the girls up. If the back of your bra rises: chances are your bra is too loose. The back of your bra should sit snug across the middle to lower part of your back and it should stay there all day. If it’s riding up your back, it’s not doing its job of holding up your bust.
Your bra is giving you the common problem of “back fat”: no, this does not mean you need to stop eating bread. You’re not the problem – the bra is. This is also a sign that your bra is too big. Make sure the band sits around your mid to low back and is snug enough to stay there.
You are spilling out of the top: if you are falling out of the top of your cup, it is definitely too small. If you always have this problem, try a different shaped cup. A full cup might work better than a demi cup.
