Has David Bowie Retired From Touring?

Rumours are swirling after David Bowie’s booking agent, John Giddings, told Music Week that Bowie says, “I’m not touring,” every time he sees Giddings.

Giddings said in his interview, “He [Bowie] has decided to retire and, like Phil Collins, you can’t demand these people go out there again and again and again.”
