Iced tea  replenishes fluids and, unlike plain water, also provides beneficial antioxidants which help prevent UV-induced skin cancer and DNA damage. Any tea that is enjoyed hot can also be chilled, that goes for herbal and non herbal teas. Teaopia, a Canadian chain of premium tea shops, has introduced Iced Tea Classics, ($15) a collection of 4 popular loose leaf teas to serve over ice: Summer Breeze (rooibos tea), Strawberry Fields (white tea) , Cactus Fig (green tea) and Sweet Lemon Drop (black tea). Comes with brewing instructions.
