Here, three juicing recipes to boost your energy, calm you down or build up your immunity.

MANGO–GREEN TEA BOOSTER

mango · banana · green tea

MAKES ABOUT 2 CUPS (480 ML)

2 medium mangoes, pitted and peeled (1 if using a blender)

1 medium banana, peeled (1/2 banana if using a blender)

1 cup/240 ml brewed green tea, chilled

This purée of tropical mango and banana will boost your energy, and the addition of green tea enhances the effect. You can opt for decaf tea if you want and still enjoy the super antioxidants of green tea.

For the juicer: Juice the mangoes and banana, in that order. Run the pulp through three times to extract as much liquid as possible. Pour the mixture into a serving glass, add the tea, and stir until combined. Serve immediately.

NEXT: GRAPE NIGHT’S SLEEP

GRAPE NIGHT’S SLEEP

grape · butter lettuce · chamomile tea

MAKES ABOUT 2 CUPS (480 ML)

2 cups/250 g purple grapes

3 cups/170 g packed butter lettuce

1/2 cup/120 ml brewed chamomile tea, chilled

Deep purple grapes give this juice loads of vitamin C, while the mild butter lettuce is a soporific, which can help you fall asleep at night. Chamomile tea has a sweet herbal flavor and helps relax you. Drink this while relaxing in a warm bath an hour before bed.

Juice the grapes and the lettuce, alternating between the two. Pour into a glass, add the cold tea, and stir to combine. Serve immediately.

3 cups/455 g pineapple chunks (2 cups/320 g if using a blender)

2 kiwi, peeled

2 large oranges, peeled

1/2 cup/120 ml brewed echinacea tea, chilled

Feel a cold coming on? This sweet-tart cocktail of vitamin C–rich fruits gets an extra boost from echinacea. You can use your juicer for a sippable juice or the blender for a thicker concoction. Just thin to the desired consistency with tea.

For the juicer: Juice the pineapple, kiwi, and oranges, in that order. Run the pulp through again to extract as much liquid as possible. Pour into a glass, add the tea, and stir until combined. Serve immediately.

For the blender: Combine the pineapple, kiwi, oranges, and tea in the blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
