Kellogg’s All-Bran Peach and Raspberry Crisp

Try this recipe from Hollywood chefs Jill and Jewels, personal chefs to Jennifer Aniston.

Ingredients:

170g raspberries 6oz
750ml peaches, peeled and sliced 3 cups
5ml lemon zest 1 tsp
5ml lemon juice 1 tsp
15ml honey 1 tbsp
50ml granulated sugar ¼ cup
30ml

all-purpose flour 2 tbsp

Topping:

300ml All-Bran Original* cereal 1 ¼ cups
125ml sliced almonds ½ cup
125ml brown sugar ½ cup
5ml cinnamon 1 tsp
pinch ground nutmeg pinch
50ml cold butter ¼ cup

Method:

Preheat oven to 190C/375F

1. In a large bowl, combine raspberries and peaches. Add lemon zest,
lemon juice, honey, sugar and flour. Toss gently to coat. Place mixture into
four ramekins.

2. In a bowl, combine All-Bran Original* cereal, almonds, brown sugar,
cinnamon and nutmeg. Add butter and combine until crumbly. Divide
mixture on top of fruit.

3. Bake for 35 – 40 minutes or until bubbly. If topping is browning quickly,
tent with foil for the last 10 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint.

Makes 4 servings.
