Kirk Douglas Shows Full Support for Son Michael

Kirk Douglas, 93,has made it a point to be in New York while his son battles throat cancer. He wrote on his Myspace page, “I admire my son, he’s quite a guy. He has talked with dignity and humour about his bout with cancer.”

Douglas, 65, was given an 80 per cent chance of beating the disease and continues to be very optimistic.
