The secret is in the thin slices and tenderizing marinade—and while it’s not the fastest meal to prepare, it only needs a quick searing in the pan. Once you’ve tried this melt-in-your-mouth delight, you might find it difficult to go back to your regular steak or burgers.

Did you know?: Bulgogi can be traced back to the Korean Dynasty of Goguryeo (37 BC—668 AD) where the process of marinating and seasoning beef before cooking it was first introduced to the region.
