1. Booya-Cachaca (above)
The burst of flavour from this sophisticated drink will make you yell its name – BOOYA-CACHACA!

Ingredients:
· 2 oz of Leblon Cachaca
· 2 muddled lime wedges
· 2 muddled blood orange segments
· 1 oz of Vanilla Tincture
· Top with elderflower presse

Directions:
Hard shake and dump all contents into a Collins glass. Serve almost like a Caipirinha.

 

2. Murasaki
The Murasaki is a modern take on the classic Gin and Tonic. This tasty drink is named after an author from ancient Japan – with a crater on Mercury named after her! See for yourself if this delicious refreshment is as legendary as its namesake.

Ingredients:
· 1.5oz Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
· 0.5oz Yellow Chartreuse
· 0.5oz Simple Syrup
· 1oz Lemon Juice
· 1.25oz Fever Tree Tonic
· 5 Purple Shiso Leaves

Directions:
Shake all ingredients except for the tonic. Fine strain into Coupe. Top with the fever tree tonic. Garnish with a purple shiso leaf.

 

3. Osgoode Grog
The Osgoode Grog is named after the closest subway station to Nota Bene. “Grog” is the go-to drink for sailors on long journeys and an old term for an alcoholic beverage made with beer, rum and lemon or lime!

Ingredients:
· 2oz Bacardi 8-year Rum
· 0.75oz Simple Syrup
· Juice of an entire lime
· 4 drops of Vanilla Extract
· 2oz Goose Island Honkers Ale

Directions:
Shake all ingredients except the beer. Dump into Collins glass. Top with the beer. Garnish with a lime wheel.
