A New Show for Charlie?

By Brooke Benjamin

Between Charlie Sheen’s outlandish interviews, his bizarre public displays and his constant webcasts, people are starting to question what will be left of his once lucrative acting career.

For fans hoping that Sheen will make a return to the small screen, don’t lose hope just yet. According to sources, Sheen recently had a meeting with Fox executives. Reports state that Sheen met with Mike Darnell, president of alternative eEntertainment for FOX, David Hill, President of FOX Sports and Peter Rice, chairman of entertainment for FOX Networks Group.

The meeting took place last Thursday and lasted for more than hour. Although the subject matter of the meeting is unknown, one can only guess that perhaps a new show starring the troubled actor might be up for discussion.

In the meantime, if you just can’t wait any longer for a dose of Sheen,  the former Two and a Half Men star has announced plans to go on tour.

The contents of the shows have not been specified, but that hasn’t stopped many of the shows from selling out in minutes. The tour is  called Charlie Sheen LIVE: My Violent Torpedo of Truth. It will make a stop at Massey Hall in Toronto on April 14. For tickets, visit www.massey.hallboxoffice.com.
