Betty White Is The New Face of AARP

Betty White used to feel that AARP was just for “retired people in plaid shorts.” Her feelings changed after learning that many AARP members are still working and busy like the boomer busy body herself and she was convinced to join later in life. Now, she is officially the new face of AARP and encouraging people to break down the stereotypes of aging.

“It’s not about age, it’s about attitude,” said AARP’s Emilio Pardo at the Q&A launch of AARP’s “Get Over IT” campaign.
