Britain’s Duchess of Cornwall attends thanksgiving service for 11th Duke of Marlborough

Britain’s Duchess of Cornwall attended a Service of Thanksgiving for the 11th Duke of Marlborough.
The 67-year-old royal – who is married to the heir apparent Prince Charles – was joined by the Duke’s son Jamie Spencer-Churchill for the ceremony at the Guard’s Chapel in London yesterday (04.02.15) to remember his life and commemorate his passing.
Jamie, the 12th Duke of Marlborough – who inherited Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire after his father died, aged 88, last year – was comforted by his wife Edla and their two children, Lord Caspar, six, and Lady Araminta, seven, during the emotional service.
Also in attendance with the Duchess – who donned an all black ensemble and a feathered black hat – was her son, Tom Parker-Bowles, 40, from her first marriage to Andrew Parker-Bowles.
Spencer-Churchill’s widow, Lily Mahtani, his grandson, George Spencer-Churchill Marquess of Blandford, his third wife, Rosita Spencer-Churchill and their son, Lord Edward Spencer-Churchill were also spotted at the memorial service.
Winston Churchill’s grandson, Sir Nicholas Soames was on hand to greet guests as they arrived at the chapel, reports MailOnline.
