Princess Charlotte and Prince George gifted Welsh shirts

ritain’s Princess Charlotte and Prince George have been gifted Welsh football shirts.
The 14-month-old daughter and two-year-old son of Prince William and Duchess Catherine were given their own personalised tops after their grandfather the Prince of Wales visited the National Lido of Wales in Pontypridd, South Wales.
The Mayor of Rhondda Cynon Taff, Rhys Lewis had them specially made for the young royals with their names on the back.
Prince Charles was joined by the Duchess of Cornwall on their trip and they were shown around the redeveloped lido, which has undergone £6.3 million renovations.
Sam Davis, the niece of swimmer Jenny James, took Charles and Camilla on a tour of the site and said the 67-year-old royal was keen to hear about Jenny, who was the first woman to swim the English channel.
Sam told Wales Online: “Prince Charles asked me what year Jenny swam, and asked if she was covered in grease from the water. He seemed to know her story.
“I’m just so proud this [the lido] is all in honour of my aunt Jenny – It’s amazing. It is sad she isn’t here to see this, but it’s an amazing tribute to her.”
The royal visit came just before Wales beat Portugal in the Euro 2016 match on Wednesday (06.07.16).
