Pippa Middleton learns kitesurfing

Pippa Middleton has learned kitesurfing and tai chi.
The brunette beauty – who celebrates her 33rd birthday today (06.09.16) – has tried her hand at the athletic water sport and the deep breathing and relaxation exercises as part of a new magazine feature.
She is pictured in publication Waitrose Weekend – in which she has written a column – attempting to kitesurf and also having a go at some tai chi.
The magazine claims one of four reasons for trying tai chi is because the exercise “gets the brain working”.
It states: “Elderly Shanghai residents practising tai chi three times a week showed big improvements in brain volume, according to research undertaken by the University of South Florida.”
Hopefully Pippa did not have any accidents while kitesurfing as she has a wedding to prepare for after getting engaged to James Matthews in July.
Victoria Beckham is said to be keen to design the wedding dress for Pippa – who is the sister of Duchess Catherine – and James’ big day, which is expected to take place next year.
A source close to the fashion mogul said: “She loves the idea of another royal wedding. Pippa was flattered when Victoria approached her at Catherine’s wedding [in 2012] but she’s thinking about choosing an unknown designer and turning them into a star overnight.”
