Fairmont Copley Plaza is letting adults in on some traditional holiday fun by decorating the gingerbread house of their dreams. Tickets include an assembled gingerbread house, all candy decorations and accoutrements, assistance from the culinary team, wine, beer, festive holiday cocktails and canapés. Fairmont Copley Plaza will toast the holiday season with a lavish five-course Holiday Bacchanal dinner on December 21, 2016 featuring a special menu from and a dramatic winter garden with guests dining at a farmer’s table running the length of the lobby space.

Fairmont San Jose stands at the heart of Silicon Valley’s holiday merriment, and will once again delight guests with a lobby adorned in festive décor, accented with chocolate sculptures of holiday characters like Santa Claus and the Grinch. On both Thanksgiving and Christmas day, two joyful brunch soirées will feature lavish menus, seating to begin at 11:00am, in both Fountain Restaurant and the grand Imperial Ballroom.
Join Fairmont Hotel Macdonald in celebrating the magic of the season with the official lighting of the two-story Christmas tree on November 1. The doors are open to all with festive activities from yuletide lunches to nutcracker teas all the way to a gingerbread house replicating the Chateau on The River and a grand Venetian Masquerade themed New Year’s Eve Gala.

Starting November 28th, 2016, Fairmont Château Laurier will fill the halls with over 35 beautifully decorated trees thanks to Trees of Hope, an annual fundraiser for the local children’s hospital. Guests can walk through the forest of uniquely decorated trees and vote the most creative, best decorated and most spectacular tree.

Fairmont Olympic Hotel is thrilled to celebrate the 20th anniversary of its annual Teddy Bear Suite, where the hotel converts a corner suite into a teddy bear winter wonderland that is open to the public from November 25 through December 26 with 100% of the proceeds raised benefiting Seattle Children’s Hospital. For the first year, guests will be able to book and stay overnight in the Teddy Bear Suite with a package including an overnight stay in the 1,200sq/ft Teddy Bear Suite, Teddy Bear Breakfast, parking and a commemorative 20th anniversary teddy bear.

In an exclusive partnership, Versace Home Vancouver is once again collaborating with Fairmont Pacific Rim to re-imagine the traditional Christmas tree. Last year it began with a signature Christmas tree made from stacked Versace chairs. New York is simply magical over the holiday season, families visiting The Plaza, a Fairmont Managed Hotel can enjoy holiday tea in the Palm Court, gingerbread house decorating at Eloise at The Plaza and, starting on November 25, visits with Santa. Fairmont San Francisco will once again delight visitors with its two-story giant Gingerbread House in the hotel’s main lobby. The house stands more than 22 feet high and 23 feet wide and includes more than seven thousand home-baked gingerbread bricks and a ton of royal icing and candy décor.
