CONNECT Acquires Short-term Furnished Rental Leader Marco Enterprises

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of short-term furnished rental leader Marco Enterprises which has been focused on accommodations for the film and television industry for over 30 years.

Working with properties from $3,000 to over $75,000 per month, Marco built their reputation by providing every guest the highest level of service from internationally recognized stars and athletes to traveling professionals.  We’ve been working closely with Marco for over a decade and have always been impressed with the incredible care they showed to both their guests and property owners.

We plan to build on that foundation with President Debbie Zwicker remaining on as we integrate CONNECT’s property management portfolio. Marco will continue to operate independently but plans to expand their offering to include everything from Airbnb to long-term unfurnished properties giving owners a one-stop shop for all their properties. What will continue is Marco’s commitment to treating each tenant as a guest and every owner’s property as if it was their own.
