Cleansing Watermelon Ginger Celery Shooters
1/2 cup (125 mL) diced celery
1/2 tsp (2 mL) fresh grated ginger
1 tsp (5 mL) apple cider vinegar
1-1/2 cups (375 mL) diced seedless watermelon
Place the celery, ginger and vinegar in a blender and purée for 30 seconds. Add the watermelon and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
