Frozen Watermelon Blackberry Margaritas with Cilantro and Vanilla
1 cup (250 mL) chilled watermelon puree
1 cup (250 mL) fresh or frozen blackberries
1 tsp (5 mL) fresh cilantro leaves
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
Juice from 1or 2 fresh limes
1/2 cup (125 mL) chilled tequila or to taste
1 tbsp (15 mL) triple sec
2 to 3 cups (500 to 750 mL) crushed ice
Blend all ingredients together except ice until smooth. Add ice and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Makes 3 to 4 margaritas.
Tip: Rim glasses with sea salt or raw sugar.
