Asian Sesame Salmon
2 tsp (10 mL) McCormick Gourmet sesame seed, toasted
1 tsp (5 mL) Club House minced garlic
1 tsp (5 mL) Club House minced onion
3/4 tsp (3 mL) Club House ground ginger
1/2 tsp (2 mL) Club House crushed red pepper (optional)
You Will Need:
1/3 cup (75 mL) Billy Bee honey
1/3 cup (75 mL) thinly sliced green onions
2 tbsp (30 mL) soy sauce
2 lb (1 kg) salmon fillets
1. In small bowl, combine honey, green onions, soy sauce and spices, except red pepper, until well blended. Stir in red pepper to taste, if desired. Place salmon in 13×9 in (34×22 cm) baking dish. Spoon honey mixture evenly over salmon.
2. Bake salmon in preheated 375°F (190°C) oven for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting occasionally with honey mixture.
