Wild Blueberry Woodruff Lime Punch
1 bottle white wine (dry)
1 bottle sparkling wine (dry)
1 1/2 ounces (45 ml) woodruff syrup
1 cup (140 g) frozen wild blueberries
large punch bowl
Mix white and sparkling wines and woodruff syrup in a large punch bowl. Wash lime, pat dry and cut into thin slices, mashing slightly to release essence. Add frozen blueberries and lime slices into the bowl and garnish with mint leaves. Serve with ice.
