California Walnut Sunrise Power Blend Smoothie

1-1/2 cups (375 mL) strawberries, cut in half
2 ripe peaches
1 cup (250 mL) non-fat yogurt
1/4 cup (50 mL) non-fat dry milk
3 tbsp (45 mL) wheat bran or oat bran
2 tbsp (30 mL) honey
1/4 cup (50 mL) California Walnuts, chopped

In blender, add all ingredients; blend until smooth and frothy.

Makes 2 drinks.
