Everyone has everything. People are downsizing. You were told ‘Don’t get me anything!’. But you want to honour your friends and family with a gift to mark that special occasion.

What to do.

Consider making a charitable donation in their honour!

  • Imagine taking care of all your special shopping needs from the comfort of your own home.
  • Imagine not having to stress about choosing the right gift, the right size, the right colour…
  • Imagine giving the gift of cancer research!

Princess Margaret Cancer Centre is one of the top 5 cancer research centres in the world. It is the largest cancer research and clinical program in Canada treating over 17,000 new patients a year with 1 in 6 patients participating in a clinical trial. The Princess Margaret is the world’s largest single-site radiation medicine program, home to Canada’s largest surgical oncology team and most recently, home to Canada’s most comprehensive immunotherapy program where our teams are working on multiple strategies to train, boost and engineer the immune system to be more effective in recognizing and eradicating cancer.

For as little as $15 per gift, you could be supporting our world-class researchers and clinicians, compassionate nurses and staff who are all dedicated to conquering cancer. Most importantly, by giving the gift of cancer research, you would be improving the quality of life for patients and giving hope to our loved ones affected by cancer. In return, we will mail an acknowledgement card to your friends and family with your personal greeting letting them know that a donation has been made in their honour.

Lynda Pearce, a longtime donor, has had many friends and family affected by cancer. “Those who were cared for at The Princess Margaret were treated with kind respect and compassion by wonderfully skilled doctors and staff‎. Everyone felt that they were getting the best care possible.” Lynda has made countless donations in honour of these family and friends. She was touched by how well received these gifts were and knew that she had made the right choice.
