Feeling Sluggish? These Essential Oils Will Help Wake You Up in the Morning

There are times we all could use a bit of a jumpstart in the morning, or even when we’ve hit that three o’clock wall. Most of us reach for caffeine. Essential oils, a key ingredient used in aromatherapy, contain concentrated extracts from leaves, seeds, roots or blossoms with various therapeutic purposes. And science seems to back this up. It’s shown that certain scents have the ability to perk us up.
