Dive into summer with this tropical treat. Delicous!

Ingredients
– 1 1/2 oz (3 tbsp/45 ml) Milagro Tequila
– 2 oz (4 tbsp/ 60 ml) peach juice
– 1 oz (2 tbsp/ 30 ml) lime juice
– 2 oz (4 tbsp/ 60 ml) ginger ale
– 1oz (2 tbsp/30 ml) simple syrup
– 1 mint stalk
– Peach and mint for garnish

Method

To a highball glass, add mint stalk, lime juice and simple syrup. Muddle. Fill glass with ice and add Milagro, peach juice and ginger ale. Stir to mix. Garnish with a peach and mint skewer.

*Simple syrup can be made by combining equal parts sugar and boiling water.
