Devilled Crab

A delicious summer-friendly recipe from Admiral’s Flagship restaurant in Myrtle Beach. Easy to make and the perfect addition to any family gathering!What you need:

1 ½ lbs fresh crab meat
1 ½ cups bread crumbs
1 finely chopped onion
¼ cup finely chopped green pepper
½ cup finely chopped celery

¼ cup butter
tabasco to taste
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 ¼ tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp parsley
salt and pepper

Method:

Saute celery, green peppers, and onions until onions are translucent. Add remaining ingredients and continue cooking for one minute. Remove from heat and stir in bread crumbs and parsley. Fill crab shells and bake in a casserole dish for 30 minutes at 400. Serves 8 to 10.
