Drink Recipe: The Nova Scotia Whisky Sour
3oz (75ml) Glen Breton Whisky (Nova Scotia’s finest)
1oz (20ml) Van Dyk’s Wild Blueberry Juice
2oz (35ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
1oz (20ml) simple syrup (melt equal amounts sugar in water and chill)
1. Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a sour glass or small wine glass.
2. Top with Van Dyk’s Wild Blueberry Foam.
3. Finish with a grating of lemon zest

3oz (90ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
4oz (100ml) egg whites
ISI cream whipper canister and charge with Nitrous Oxide (n2o)
