Your Daily Dish: Toasted Marshmallow Martini

It’s National Fluffernutter Day. We’re raising our glass to this classic sandwich (peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, white bread) with this perfect Toasted Marshmallow Martini (no campfire required).

Ingredients

1 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz Vanilla Vodka
1/2 oz Smirnoff Fluffed Marshmallow Flavored Vodka
1/2 oz Heavy Cream

Marshmallow Fluff, for rim
Graham cracker crumbs, for rim
Large Marshmallow, for garnish

Directions

1) For the martini glass, coat the rim with a thin layer of marshmallow fluff and dip into graham cracker crumbs.

2) For the martini, mix creme de cacao, vanilla vodka, marshmallow vodka and heavy cream in a cocktail shaker along with a handful of ice. Shake, strain and serve in prepared glass. Garnish with a toasted marshmallow.
