EZ Beauty: EOS’ New Blueberry Acai Lip Balm

Has any other ingredient ascended to super fruit status as quickly as the Acai berry has over the past few years? Native to Central and South America, this berry is a great source of fibre, antioxidants, and heart-healthy fats when consumed in larger quantities. Plus, they’ve been known to help delay the signs of aging. The little berry that could first gained our attention in juice form, but now it’s making its way into our lip care products, too.

This September, Eos introduces its Blueberry Acai Lip Balm that delivers the same moisturizing quality we expect from this sphere-shaped emollient, but they’ve also added in blueberries (another antioxidant wunderkind) and Acai berries. The balm is 100% natural and enriched with Shea butter and jojoba oil (as well as being petrolatum-, paraben-, and gluten-free).
