Fifty-Plus to complete $100,000 financing

TORONTO, March 1, 2006 — Fifty-Plus.Net International Inc. announces that, subject to receipt of exchange approval, it proposes to carry out a private placement of units at a price of $0.10 per unit for proceeds of $100,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant exercisable for a period of 12 months at a price of $0.15. The shares and any shares issued on the exercise of the warrants will be subject to restrictions on transfer for a period of four months from closing. The proceeds from the placement will be used for general working capital.
