Fifty-Plus Completes $100,000 Financing

TORONTO, ONTARIO–(March 15, 2006) – Fifty-Plus.Net International Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FPN – News) announces that it has closed its private placement of units at a price of $0.10 per unit for proceeds of $100,000 which it had announced March 1st. Each unit consisted of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant exercisable for a period of 12 months at a price of $0.15. The shares are, and any shares issued on the exercise of the warrants will be, subject to restrictions on transfer for a period of four months.

The proceeds from the placement will be used for general working capital.
