The Zoomer Report: The New Old

We’ve all heard that 40 is the new 60 — and 70 is the new 50. Our ideas and vision of aging is changing. In his book The New Old: How the Boomers Are Changing Everything… Again , David Cravit, Executive VP of ZoomerMedia, explains that the people ageing today are not behaving in any way that’s traditionally associated with old people.

He says there’s a reaction against the idea that this generation of Zoomers is the same as the generation that grew old in the 1960’s, 70’s and 80’s. They’re making plans to engage in the community and keep working.

The bottom line is that Zoomers want to stay in the game.
