Tiger and Elin Officially Divorced

The drama around this pair may finally be over after the two were seen at Bay County Circuit Court in Panama City, Fla., Monday for the execution of their divorce agreement.

“While we are no longer married, we are the parents of two wonderful children and their happiness has been, and will always be, of paramount importance to both of us,” the couple said in a statement released by Nordegren’s Virginia-based law firm of McGuireWoods.

The settlement has remained fairly private, but there are reports that Elin will be receiving $100 million in assets to as much as five times that figure. Elin will keep their two homes in Windemere, Florida as well their home in her native Sweden.  There was a prenuptial agreement that was renegotiated after the infamous sex scandal.

Tiger will get the Jupiter Island, Florida house (currently under construction) that is reportedly worth $51 million as well as the Los Angeles apartment.

Another detail of the divorce settlement that has leaked is that Woods can’t have any girlfriends around the children unless he marries them.
