Take a cross-country test drive

If you have the time to pay a visit to one of your local car dealers, an upcoming contest offers a great prize for anyone who likes to travel. Five lucky couples will get to test drive six brand new cars, on an all expenses paid trip across Canada this summer. Winners of the Test Drive Canada Contest, now in its fourth year, have to be avid motorists, though, as the prize is a week of driving coast to coast.

Winners get a flight to Victoria, British Columbia, where they pick up one of six new cars to start their trek. Along the way, they also get seven nights free accommodation, spending money, and free gas. Accompanied by an expert from Carguide Magazine, winners will drive a predetermined route along the Trans Canada Highway, “trading” cars intermittently so that they all get the opportunity to test drive all six different vehicles.
