Travel tips: Lost airline tickets

It’s not usually a big problem to replace a lost or stolen ticket, although you most likely will have to purchase a new ticket and wait for a refund on your old one. Some airlines will also charge you a service fee. It does help to keep a copy of your ticket numbers for reference.

To eliminate the problem, consider using the new “e-tickets” offered by many airlines. With this system, all you get is a file reference number and appropriate identification, so there is no ticket to lose!
