Rob Ford Celebrates Birthday
Amid the crack video drama, Rob Ford managed to celebrate his 44th birthday with staff this week. Staff bought him a cake decorated like a football field and he thanked everyone on Twitter. “A big thank you to my staff for the birthday cake! Thnx for all of the support.” We wonder what he wished for when he blew out his candles. One would assume for the crack scandal to disappear, as he attempted to keep business as usual today by chairing an executive meeting. In fact, two protestors arrived at City Hall singing “Happy Birthday” with a vanilla cake that read “Happy Birthday Rob. Please resign.” He can certainly say this year’s birthday was unforgettable.
