Hugh Bites Back

After Golden Globe host Ricky Gervais took a swat at Playboy founder Hugh Hefner’s recent engagement to a 24 year old, complete with rude gestures, the 84 year old Hefner took to twitter. And while he had no issue being the butt of Gervais’s base humour, he did fight back against age related jokes in general. “It’s ironic that living with 3 young girls prompted a hit TV show, but marrying one prompts humor,” he tweeted. “Age is still just a number. … Jokes about age will begin to seem lame as we all begin to live longer, fuller lives.”
