Guinness World Records Names World’s Oldest Female Bodybuilder

We’ve mentioned how impressed we are by 74-year-old Ernestine Shepherd’s ability to keep in such great shape at her age. And now, even the Guinness World Records have recognized Shepherd’s talents and named her the world’s oldest female bodybuilder. Congratulations, Ernestine!
