Update: Luka Rocco Magnotta Arrested in Berlin

Magnotta was seen going through the France airport security.

Montreal police have yet to confirm the claim, but according to German police Luke Rocco Magnotta has been arrested in Berlin. The 29-year-old is wanted for the dismemberment of Jun Lin, a 33-year-old Chinese student at Montreal’s Concordia University. Click here for more on this developing story.
