Happy Birthday, Roger Clemens!

Today’s birthday boy is Roger Clemens; the magnificent but not well-liked baseball pitcher turns 49 years old. While his numbers suggest he’s one of the greatest pitchers ever to take the mound, Clemens’s achievements are clouded by accusations that he took steroids, although a recent court victory has taken the heat of him for the time being. In December, voters for Baseball’s Hall of Fame will decide his legacy when they make their decision on whether he gets immortalized as one of baseball greats, or shunned as one of baseball’s many steroid abusers.
