Libations: A Very Canadian Cocktail

Olé Canada!

Try this very Canadian-inspired cocktail from the expert mixologists at Casamigos Tequila for a tipple on Canada Day (or any day, really). Hint: it’s got a splash of maple syrup, naturally.

MAPLE DROP

1.5 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila

1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

.75 oz. Maple Syrup

.5 oz. Almond Liqueur

2 Dashes Black Walnut Bitters

Top off with Hot Water

Method: Combine all ingredients into glass coffee mug and top off with hot water. Stir well and garnish with a lemon peel and star anise.
