Earl Grey Martini

The great Dame of Mystery was born on this day in 1890. To celebrate the creator of Hercule Poirot and Jane Marple, we’re shaking up and livening up teatime with these scrumptious Earl Grey Martinis.

Ingredients

2½ oz strong Earl Grey tea (our fav is fresh brewed from DAVIDs TEA)
2 oz gin
½ oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
Ice

Directions

1) In a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice, add Earl Grey tea, gin, lemon juice and sugar. Shake well, strain into martini glass and serve.
