Right to Play Canvas Totes

It is the right of every child to play.

That’s one of the important messages from the global organization, Right To Play, which recognizes that children in developing or war-torn countries, miss out on the educational, character-building and life lessons of playtime.
A simple game of soccer or football can teach a child the skills of leadership and teamwork and, in the process, also let them be kids and have fun.

Founded in 2000 by the Olympic gold medalist Johann Olav Koss, the Norwegian speed skater, Right To Play also uses the benefits of sports and physical activity to help educate and promote health, peace and community building.

To help support this worthy cause, Holt Renfrew paired up with the cool New York fashion brand, rag & bone, to create a collection of canvas totes. Available in three colours and sporting graphic numerals inspired by competitive surf T-shirts, the bags retail for $55 starting May 9.

The retailer hopes to raise $100,000 for Right To Play through the sales of these stylish totes.
