A – My top choice would be the Bissett Multinational Growth Fund, offered through Franklin Templeton. Its performance record is consistently above average for the Global Equity category, with a five-year average annual compound rate of return of 11.6% to Jan. 31.  Risk is better than average for a fund of this type. – G.P.
