Do you spend more than you intend to over the holidays? It’s easy to do — after all we all want to be please our friends and family. Here are some tips on how to avoid a financial binge from Consolidated credit Counseling Services of Canada. Jeffrey Schwartz says it starts with making that list and checking it twice.
He advises concentrating on holiday experiences rather than gifts and doing things together as a family. And leaving it all to the last minute is a no-no.
